Artwork Preparation
Upload a PNG, JPG or PDF file up to 10 MB using the artwork field above. A high-resolution image with a clean background is preferred. For logos, provide a vector PDF when available. Use the notes field for your preferred logo color, event name, placement instructions and delivery deadline.
If your artwork is still being prepared, enter your intended text and instructions in the notes field. Artwork must be finalized and the proof approved before production begins. Very small lettering, fine lines and gradients may need simplification for clear one-color printing. Review spelling, layout and logo placement carefully on your proof.
Production and Event Planning
Allow an estimated 15-20 business days for production after proof approval, plus shipping. This is a planning estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Enter your event date and delivery requirements before ordering a time-sensitive project. Artwork revisions and delayed approval can move the production schedule.
Gallery and Appearance
The gallery shows this rose-style design in hand and with its LEDs illuminated. Lighting, camera exposure and monitor settings can affect the apparent color. Logo artwork is customized to your approved proof. The online order covers the standard configuration listed above.
Use and Care
Check and charge your units before the event using the instructions supplied with the product. Keep charging connections dry and store the units away from moisture and excessive heat. Do not immerse in water. Discontinue use if a unit or battery is damaged.
